Loan Officer/Mortgage Originator

Job Description: Originate residential and commercial mortgages, by servicing existing and developing new referral sources. Meet with clients to determine the appropriate mortgage product, terms and pricing. Following the loan through to closing, you will interact with the Borrowers; Loan Processors; Realtors; Appraisers; and Attorneys.

Qualifications: We will train all Candidates on the mortgage industry; mortgage processes; and loan products; developing you into a Trusted Advisor for your clients

Skills Required: Personable with sales and marketing skills. Have the ability to work independently. Have exceptional attention to detail. Strong communication skills. Team player Strong work ethic.

Pluses: Finance and/or Sales and Marketing background. Foreign language skills.
